  James (Jamie) Biocchi BA, PMP (Project Management Professional,
Villanova Univeristy) is the primary contact and President of THE ANDANI
CONSULTING GROUP INC. (ACG)

  Mr. Biocchi (pronounced …By-au-key) has extensive contacts in North
America, Europe and South East Asia and has been active in business
consulting and was V.P. of International Development for DELTA
consulting Inc. for the past seven years.

  Before that, Mr. Biocchi worked for the Government of Ontario, Canada,
in various positions at the Ontario Lottery Corporation, and was business
manager for Hol-Met Security and Hollow Metal and Architectural
Hardware Ltd.
